They don’t allow tattooed people to use the onsen unless you cover them, but the girl at the reception, who was super nice, help me putting the tape on my tattoos and I was able to use the onsen. Good position, close to the Matsumoto Castle and 10 minutes walk from the station. Recommended!”

“Nice and quite”

“Helpful staff, beautiful rooms and baths”

“The hotel facility is very old like last century. The bath was not maintained clean given the high hotel paid. Not much amenities can be used but the only thing is nature appreciation if you are in that category. Overall it’s not worth the money.”

“Struttura molto completa, ricca di servizi di ogni genere, la camera era di una dimensione perfetta per due persone, molto consigliato per chi vuole esplorare Nagano e dintorni senza rinunciare al comfort ”
